Workshops

ÉnergieNow! realizes that people learn in different ways.  Some will respond best to one-on-one work with a coach, others require the interaction of a group of people to best absorb the material that is presented to them.  In addition, learning in groups provides a more economic alternative to having a coach's individual attention.

At ÉnergieNow!, we strive to provide high-quality learning in group environments.  We develop our workshops to be most effective for small groups of up to 12 participants.  Our workshops are interactive, mixing the coach's experience with the participants'.  Approximately half of the time you will spend in a workshop will be focused on absorbing and discussing material presented by the coach while the other half will be focused on applying your learnings by building individual tools and plans that will serve you after you have left the learning environment.  All workshop participants receive a workbook that includes all material presented, blank pages to take notes and templates to build plans and personalize the presented tools.

ÉnergieNow! runs half-day (3-4 hours) and full-day (7-8 hours with a lunch break) workshops.  Half-day workshops are priced at $50/participant, full-day workshops are priced at $120/participant.  Participants that refer at least 4 other participants receive a 20% discount on the price of their workshop.
